Two miles from Barefoot Landing, Bay Watch Resort's North Myrtle Beach location offers oceanfront seclusion and relaxation, away from the traffic and bustle of Myrtle Beach.

An outdoor pool deck along the resort's oceanfront features a lazy river, three pools, two toddlers' pools, and four four-person spa tubs. Indoors, the resort’s three towers contain a lazy river, two pools, two toddlers' pools, a six-person spa tub and two 16-person spa tubs.

A gift shop sells groceries, boogie boards, snack foods, and sundries. Coin-operated laundries are located in two of the resort's three towers, and a fitness center offers cardio machines and a Universal gym. The front desk can arrange tee times for the area's more than 100 golf courses.

Bay Watch Resort’s guestrooms are located in three 18-story towers. All feature furnished balconies with ocean views and all except studios include full kitchens with microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, dishwashers, utensils, and dishes. Studios include microwaves and compact refrigerators. All rooms include complimentary high-speed Internet access and local calls.
